Lifeguarding Classes

  • Cost: $200 (payable by cash or check)
  • Includes:
    • Lifeguard certification
    • CPR for the professional
    • First aid through the American Red Cross
    • Lifeguard certification/first aid lasts for two years and CPR for the professional lasts one year
  • Classes are held year-round

  • The classes start on Friday, and the tentative class schedule is as follows:
    • Friday 5:00 - 10:00 p.m.;
    • Saturday 8:00 a.m. - Noon; lunch; 1:00 - 8:00 p.m.;
    • Sunday (if needed) 7:00 - 9:00 a.m.
  • Necessary items: swimsuit, towel, goggles, pen/pencil, and $200
