- Rocky wraps up spring drills in the rain
- It rained on Rocky Mountain College's Green & White scrimmage Friday night on Wendy's Field at Daylis Stadium, but that didn't dampen the enthusiasm or the physicality of the Battlin' Bears' final spring workout. Quarterback Bryce Baker threw a couple of touchdown passes and safety Trey Robinson ended the night with a speedy dash to the end zone on long pick-6 as the Bears ran off around 70 plays before seeking cover from the rain. - RMC's Eliel among 2013 Scholar Athletes
- The Montana chapter of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame has announced the 2013 winners of its 16th annual Scholar Athlete award. Chapter President Bill Sprinkle said that nominations were solicited from Montana's five high school football classifications, the five Frontier Conference football colleges, and the state's two universities. Academic ability, football prowess, and school and community leadership activities are priorities in selecting the recipients, chosen by a chapter committee. Nominees must be all-state or all-conference, have a GPA above 3.0 and participate in community and school activities at their school. Read more
