Rocky's Oden wins Carroll Invite

HELENA - Rocky Mountain College's Kevin Oden won the men's individual title Tuesday in the Carroll College Invitational golf tournament.

The 54-hole event at Green Meadow Country Club started on Monday.

Oden shot rounds of 71-71-72 for a 214 total, four strokes better than runner-up Scott Mooney of Lewis-Clark State. Mooney shot a final-round 73.

Jeff Allen of MSU Billings and Jacob Richards of Rocky tied for 10th at 226.

Rocky finished sixth in the men's team race with a 912 total, 25 strokes behind champion L-C State.
