Head Soccer Coach
Coach Richard Duffy enters his twelfth season as the women's soccer coach at Rocky Mountain College. He is a 2000 graduate of the University of Mary and was a third team All-American selection for the Marauder's in 1999. Coach Duffy began his coaching career at the University of Mary as a graduate assistant while he completed his master's degree in management. In 2001 he moved to Billings to continue his coaching career as an assistant for the women's program. In his first year with the program the team increased their win total by seven games.
Coach Duffy has led the women's program at RMC for the previous twelve years and coached them to their first national tournament appearance in 2008. He has been named Frontier Conference Coach of the Year on three separate occasions (2008, 2010, and 2012). Coach Duffy will serve as a the Director of Soccer Operations this fall.
Coach Duffy holds an "A" license from the United States Soccer Federation and also a Premier Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. He is married to wife Kelly and is the father of four sons, Jordan (16), Charlie (4), Lewis (2), and Henry (1).
Coach Luse will be entering his fifth season with the Battlin' Bears. He was previously a member of the coaching staff for the 2002 and 2003 seasons. Luse is also the Director of Coaching for the Magic City Soccer Club and has been actively involved with the Billings soccer community for many years.
Coach Luse holds an "A" license from the United States Soccer Federation. He is married to wife Deb, and is the father to two children, Mason (17) and Ryen (10).
