Position Description

This position is responsible for scheduling camps and conferences, performing daily office procedures, maintaining accurate records, and supervising work study personnel and summer temporary employees, as required per scheduled event. In addition, this position is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and follow-up in all areas pertaining to non-academic campus scheduling.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess written and oral communication skills, computer skills, and have the ability to speak well in public settings. One to two years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience) and a bachelor’s degree are required. A valid driver’s license is required.
