Position Description

Rocky Mountain College is seeking a Director of Development to guide strategic fundraising efforts for the annual, major, and planned giving functions of the College. The successful candidate will help the Advancement Office forge new relationships to build Rocky Mountain College's visibility, impact, and financial resources and ensure the College's fundraising goals are met.


Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, as well as excellent computer skills. Experience with fundraising is required and experience with fundraising for non-profit institutions is preferred. A bachelor's degree is required, master's preferred.
