Position Description

The Director of Services for Academic Success reports to the Academic Vice President and is responsible for managing the RMC TRIO/SSS Program. The director is also responsible for the overall management of the Services for Academic Success (SAS) Program including planning, budgeting, and overall accountability and supervision of all SAS staff.


A successful candidate must have a master’s degree in college administration, college student personnel, education, counseling, or related field. At least a three years experience in higher education is required.
