Position Description
Rocky Mountain College is seeking applicants for a residence director position. The position is hired on a 10-month contract. Primary duties include supervising and training of staff, overseeing students in a co-educational hall, responding to crisis situations, facilitating student conduct processes, assisting in meaningful programming with staff, maintaining a tracking occupancy of the building, planning and providing training opportunities for staff members, strengthening community in residence halls, and creating a safe and educational environment for students, staff, and community alike.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of college education
- A minimum of 2 years of related residence life or housing experience
- Previous supervision experience
- Demonstrated commitment to community and student development
- Bachelor's degree preferred
