The Office of Spiritual Life offers a variety of opportunities for students to make a difference in the community and put beliefs into action.
With the help of student Volunteer Project Coordinators, we strive to:
- Provide service opportunities for the College community
- Cultivate an awareness of community needs
- Maintain community partnerships
- Ensure Rocky Mountain College is an engaged neighbour
Programs include:
- Monthly “Crafts for a Cause”
- Help make items, such as fleece tie-blankets, that are donated to community agencies
- Service Saturday
- At least once each semester, help with a large community volunteer project
- PBJ Service Project
- Twice a month, help make PBJ sandwiches that are donated to community agencies
- Friday “Lunch and Learn”
- Eat lunch and learn about service from representatives of community agencies
