Orientation is provided to assist new-to-RMC students in making positive transitions to college life by preparing them for success in the classroom and within the greater RMC community.

RMC’s New Student Orientation is a week long program that will allow you to:

• • If you’re living on campus, you’ll move into your assigned residence hall.
  • Meet with your academic program & professors to understand curriculum and expectations.
  • Get connected to the RMC academic computing network.
  • Confirm you’ve completed all of the necessary steps to complete your enrollment file.
  • Introduce you to the academic and social environment of RMC.
  • Introduce the resources available to all students to utilize to promote success.
  • Familiarize you with campus and the location of helpful offices.

At Orientation, you will interact with other student peers, faculty, staff, and student leaders who will support you throughout your college career.

All new-to-RMC students are required to participate in New Student Orientation.

Check in groups options will begin at one of the following times: 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., & 1:00 p.m.

*An RSVP form will be sent out after housing assignments are released.
