Bridge Programs

The RMC Aviation Program maintains partnership agreements with four airlines. We limit it to four because we want the relationships to be personal and meaningful. Graduates do get hired by other airlines but these four represent desired destinations for the great majority of our graduates headed to the airlines.

These four programs provide an opportunity for students to become familiar with the culture of a given airline and offer a clear path to a career with an industry leader. Each airline visits the Aviation Program twice a year and they offer mentoring, actual employment interviews, cash stipends for flight training, tours of their headquarters and real relationships that lead to employment shortly after graduation.
