Biography

Professor Botnen graduated from St. Olaf College with a bachelor's of arts degree with a biology major and biomedical studies concentration. She then continued her education at Montana State University - Billings where she graduated with a master's of science degree in athletic training. Following completion of her master's degree, Professor Botnen began teaching at Rocky Mountain College. 

In addition to teaching Professor Botnen works as a certified athletic trainer at Billings Clinic and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. She also works as a strength and conditioning coach with the RMC basketball teams.
