The undergraduate psychology program at Rocky Mountain College strives to graduate students who are able to engage in the science and practice of psychology. In accordance with the institutional mission and core goals, and the APA learning goals for undergraduate psychology programs, the RMC psychology program is designed to cultivate critical thinking about behavioral and mental processes, encourage ethical decision making, and prepare graduates to achieve personally and professionally.  Psychology students will graduate with a thorough understanding of scientific methodology and psychological theoretical principles, an ability to write and speak well, a respect for human diversity, and an appreciation of how psychology contributes to the improvement of the human condition through ethical decision making.
