Shaydean Saye

Shaydean has been working in student affairs since 2004. Her career includes time working for Rocky Mountain College, in addition to the Residence Life programs at New Mexico State University and Montana State University-Bozeman. She is responsible for the Residence Life Department and works with the staff to deliver programs and services that enhance the academic and social success of the students living on-campus. Shaydean assists with efforts to improve student satisfaction/retention, oversees the campus-wide community development program, and provides leadership and supervision to the Residence Life staff. Her goal is to provide a safe and positive experience for students – one that will be filled with new friendships and opportunities as they make RMC their “home away from home.”Shaydean earned both her Bachelor of Business and Master of Accountancy degrees from Rocky Mountain College, so she has personal experience in what students of RMC need to be successful. Her time outside of work is spent enjoying the outdoors with her family.Stacy Hunter

Stacy grew up in Connecticut, and is a first generation college graduate, as a non traditional student. He earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. Stacy began working in Residential Life while earning a Master’s degree in Public Administration at San Francisco State University. He has worked in Housing Administration at UC Berkeley for the past three and half years, prior to joining the Rocky Mountain College team. Stacy is passionate about making sure that all students are able to forge positive connections on campus and enjoy their college experience, while successfully pursuing their degree. Outside of Residence Life, Stacy enjoys watching his favorite baseball, football, and soccer teams, as well as going to the gym and attending concerts.

Alyssa grew up here in Billings Montana and served as a Resident Assistant at Montana State University Billings where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology. After graduation at MSUB, Alyssa served as a Residence Hall Director and Family Housing Coordinator at MSUB before joining the Rocky Mountain College team. Alyssa is passionate about the student experience and helping students and student leaders to grow. Outside of Residence Life, Alyssa likes spending time with her family, cooking, boating and reading.
