To report any non-urgent physical issues with your room, please submit a Work Request to the Office of Facility Services. Submission of a Work Request authorizes Rocky Mountain College personnel or contracted authorities to enter student rooms to complete necessary maintenance and repairs. For more information regarding the Work Request system, contact the Office of Facility Services at 406.657.1077.

To report urgent issues, please see a Residence Life staff member or call 406.238.SAFE (7233).

Students requesting Winter Break On-Campus Housing must be registered for RMC courses for the upcoming spring semester before approval will be granted. Students who register after the deadline will be assessed a $25 late application fee. Students approved will be charged a daily rate of a minimum of $25 per day. Students registered for a Winter-Interterm Course will be charged $300 for the Winter-Interterm (November 25 - December 18); additional days will be charged at $25 per day.
