Associate/Assistant Professor of Business
October 21, 2024 2024-10-21 21:19The Business Program at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana invites applications for a tenure-track position in Business. The college is searching for a faculty member who can teach in the business management content area. The successful candidate should be prepared to teach some combination of the following courses: Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, Professional Sales, Human Resource Management, Production and Operations Management, and Strategic Management.
The successful candidate may also teach other business courses dependent upon expertise and interest. The position requires a teaching load of 12 credits each semester, for a total of 24 credit hours per academic year.
The successful candidate will support and carry out the mission of the college as well as demonstrate a commitment to developing and enhancing a culture of rigor, excellence, and achievement. An earned Ph.D. or DBA is preferred, and a master’s degree in a business-related discipline is required. Salary starts in the low 60’s, and is commensurate with college-level experience. The start date for the position is August 1, 2025.
