Position Description
Rocky Mountain College is seeking a Library Associate. This is a 12-month position working 37.5 hours a week with some evenings and occasional weekend work. This position will be responsible for executing the circulation and interlibrary loan transactions for the library. This position will maintain the serial records and provide service to the public on demand. In addition, this position is responsible for hiring, scheduling and overseeing the work of student employees. They will also coordinate with the Assistant Library Director to maintain the library web page and update them as needed. They will work with the Library Director to maintain the college archives. This position starts on July 1, 2026.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university or extensive library experience (we will consider someone who is in their last semester of college.)
Comfortable using new and emerging technologies
Preferred:
Experience with the ALMA and Primo systems Experience with OCLC WorldShare
Experience with archives collections
