Summer Break On-Campus Housing Request Form

The Rocky Mountain College Residence Life contract states all residence halls are closed during winter and summer breaks. The RMC calendar indicates the opening and closing dates of each semester. Students may not move in earlier or move out later than the established dates without prior written authorization from the Director of Residence Life. Summer break on-campus housing may be provided for a fee to students who meet one of the criteria listed below. Summer on-campus housing is available to current Rocky Mountain College students from May to July. On-campus housing in August is only available for students who are registered for on-campus housing for the fall semester.  RMC summer housing is not available to incoming students beginning coursework the upcoming fall semester.

All polices will remain in effect for the duration of the summer break. Any violation of Rocky Mountain College policy during summer break will result in immediate removal from the residence halls and forfeiture of all fees paid for summer break housing. Rocky Mountain College has a no guest policy during the summer term (summer term to end the first day of fall classes).

To be request on-campus housing during the summer break, please complete the Summer Break On-Campus Housing Request Form. 

Applications must be submitted at least 15 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO CONTRACTED CHECK IN DATE for consideration. Incomplete applications or missing supportive documentation may result in a denied request.  Students approved for summer break on-campus housing will be emailed their assignments.
