Dr. Steven Hart conducted the Billings Symphony Chorale and Chamber Orchestra in a concert titled A Test of Time. This concert featured works by some of the world’s most renowned composers from the Renaissance to the present day.

Dr. Hart graduated with his Master of Music from the University of South Dakota before receiving his PhD from the University of Colorado.
