Rocky Mountain College’s Test Center is an approved facility for all FAA tests, including drone examinations. Additionally, the Test Center proctors a variety of other tests (e.g., electrician, real estate, and medical certifications). However, these tests are offered exclusively through contracted testing companies and must be scheduled directly through their respective websites. Please note that the Test Center Supervisor is unable to schedule or proctor any individual or private tests.
To schedule an FAA test, please follow the steps below:
- Apply for an FTN # here
- Register for the FAA test here
- Download a two-step verification app, such as Google Authenticator or Unify Verify, to your phone. The FAA now requires this to complete the registration process.

If the date you are trying to schedule a test for is unavailable, please do not request a seat. Instead, call the contact number provided, and the Test Center Supervisor will assist you.
