All students are expected to maintain high technical ability, with flight checkride pass rates targeted above 85%—a goal our students regularly exceed.

Assessed through rigorous coursework, simulator scenarios, internship supervisor ratings, and real-world problem-solving assignments.
Grad/Retention Tracking:
Each year, we survey student, alumni, and employer satisfaction, track job placement and promotion, and use direct feedback to constantly improve our program.
